I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve had this thrifted dress sitting in my closet for well over a year, waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it. But right now everything about it feels so perfect–the cobalt color and the mid-length are both very hot right now–that I decided I don’t need an occasion. Plus it’s silk, so it feels amazing.
