I know I haven’t been posting many outfits lately, and this is mostly because I’ve been wearing the same stuff over and over. Living in San Francisco meant that most of my wardrobe was geared for temperatures in the 50s-70s, and it’s been in the 80s or 90s for a lot of this summer. So I’ve had a couple of comfy sundresses that I bought since moving on heavy rotation, including this one. I guess I’m supposed to stop wearing this one after this weekend (Labor Day), but I probably won’t unless it gets too cold. I’m such a rebel. Does anyone actually follow that rule anymore?

After I made myself a smoothie with the stuff I happened to have on hand I realized that it matched my toes. The smoothie is frozen blueberries and cantaloupe, and the nailpolish is China Glaze Neon Flying Dragon. I got a manicure in this color for my wedding in July, left it on my fingernails for as long as possible, then tracked it down and bought it online, despite not remembering the name. It looks purple from a distance, but up close it has subtle flecks of blue and pink glitter. I love it!
