Last night we took a break from packing to attend the holiday party at Steven’s job on his last day of employment there. In preparation, I decided to give myself a festive manicure, and this is what resulted. Unfortunately the venue where the event was held was so dark that I don’t think anyone could even see my nails, but at least I can show them to the internet.

All I did to achieve this look was to paint my nails with a couple of coats of semi-sparkly navy blue (China Glaze Midnight Mission), then freehand the tips with several coats of $1 glitter nailpolish (NYC Starry Silver Glitter #105). I must say that I was pretty pleased with the results, even if no one else noticed.
