It has been incredibly nice here for the past few days, especially since it’s barely May. We’re talking 80-degree temperatures here. I’ve got a batch of cold brew coffee on the counter, and some new homemade popsicles in the freezer (check back next week for the recipe). I even pulled out the sandals from the back of my closet, and discovered how badly I’m in need of a pedicure. Good thing the long grass hides my toes. My laziness about mowing is paying off! Let’s just pretend I planned it that way.
