Happy Friday! This week I shared my favorite salvage sources, and a recipe for southwestern black bean, pepper, and corn sweet potato noodles. Since October came to an end and we moved on to November, I thought I’d share a re-cap of what I was up to in the past month, just in case you missed anything.
Oh my gosh, I cooked a lot of delicious things in the past month. Two themes that stand out are apples, and my slow cooker. I just finished off that whiskey salted caramel sauce (on apple slices) last night, and it was good to the last drop.
