Happy Friday! Right now I’m still in Perth, where it’s already Saturday afternoon. We’ve been enjoying the sunshine and marveling at the amazing Australian creatures, but before I left the US I made this delicious drink. It was an experiment, but it turned out so well that I thought I should share.
Grapefruit Raspberry Sparkler
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz vodka
1 oz St. Germain
2 oz seltzer water
4-6 fresh raspberries
ice
Crush fresh raspberries in a cocktail shaker or glass. Add grapefruit juice to the raspberries, and strain through a fine strainer into a glass with ice. Add vodka, St. Germain, and seltzer water, and stir to mix.
