Weekend Inspiration

Weekend Inspiration

Navy blue and blush industrial mid-century dining room

This weekend I’m looking forward to hopefully hitting up the Portland Flea, and then attending my first newborn care class. I must admit that although I babysat a lot as a teenager and helped care for my younger siblings when I was a kid, I am pretty nervous about what to do with a brand new baby. And Steven has even less experience, so it’ll be good to get some professional guidance. People have been doing this for thousands of years without classes, so it can’t be that hard, right??

Definitely need to make one of these modern DIY hoop plant hangers.

Really into this cool, surprisingly affordable, wall lamp.

Love this modern wood coat rack you can build yourself.

Lately I’m all about replacing single-use, disposable items with reusable versions, so I’m thinking of making some of these cotton cleansing pads.

Yum, these “healthy-ish” salted caramel turtles look delicious.
