Inspired by this Helmet Lang jacket and this post from A Pair and A Spare, I bring you my version of a leather collar.

I used a seam ripper to remove the collars from both my denim jacket and a thrifted leather one, and then I sewed the leather one onto the denim. Oh, did I mention that I sewed through two layers of denim and leather by hand? My sewing machine wasn’t up to the task, but my hands were. Even with the hand-sewing included, it was still pretty easy. Give it a try!
