Cucumber Lime Cooler Cocktail

Cucumber Lime Cooler Cocktail

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a cocktail recipe, but I definitely felt like I deserved a drink this weekend. Steven and I have been doing a ton of painting this week. Two bedrooms and a hallway got new coats of paint, and it wasn’t just the walls–the ceilings needed painting, too. But everything looks SO MUCH BETTER now (photos soon, I promise), so celebratory drinks are in order. It’s been unseasonably hot here lately, so I wanted something really refreshing, and a combination of cucumber, lime, and ginger seemed like it would fit the bill.
