Sometimes I see a new trend and immediately like it, but often I’ll see one that I don’t initially like but which eventually grows on me. Sometimes it’s hard to predict which ones I’ll end up liking, but I’ve been thinking that peplum tops are not one I’ll ever be a fan of. And then I started pulling things out of my closet that I already had which could be interpreted as being part of this trend. Such as this top, which I’ve had for at least a year. I bought it because I loved the feather print and the shoulder cutout details, but I guess you can call me a trendsetter if you want.
